Become a Prosperity Initiative-aligned Organization
Using our self-assessment tool, non profit organizations can identify their current organizational alignment with the Prosperity Initiative policies and strategies

Being able to identify and articulate your alignment with the Prosperity Initiative can be valuable for:
-
Applying for City of Tucson and Pima County funding — demonstrating direct alignment with adopted policy priorities.
-
Strengthening funding applications generally — showing that your work is part of a broader community vision and policy framework.
-
Identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership — connecting with other organizations working in shared policy areas.
Any organization that completes the self-assessment by July 15, 2026 can be considered for our inaugural GROW Alignment Cohort,
for which a select group of 20 Nonprofit Agencies will come together for the development of shared goals and identification of collaboration opportunities. Stipends will be provided to each agency, and professional development will be included for board and staff.
By the end of the cohort, participating nonprofits will be able to identify the system(s) their work is part of, understand their specific role in that system, identify leverage points aligned with PI evidence-based policies, and be ready to take intentional internal and collaborative action to move those leverage points.
