1. The below assessment takes approximately 60–90 minutes to complete and must be done in one sitting — responses are not saved if you close or navigate away from the page. 2. CC4P and the Waters Center for Systems Thinking are partnering for the inaugural GROW Alignment Cohort of up to 20 nonprofit agencies beginning in August 2026. You will have the option to opt in or not, depending on your organizational capacity and interest. There is no additional application required to be considered for the cohort. Simply opt in and complete the below assessment on or before July 15. Agencies will be contacted regarding selection on August 7.
