1. The below assessment takes approximately 60–90 minutes to complete and must be done in one sitting — responses are not saved if you close or navigate away from the page. We recommend reviewing the downloadable PDF preview below before you begin so you know what to expect and what information you need for completion. A PDF of your completed Assessment will automatically download to your computer once you click "submit".  Once again, you will not receive an email with your completed assessment, it will automatically download to the computer that is is submitted on. 
 

2. As of 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15 the opportunity to complete your application and be considered for CC4P's inaugural GROW Alignment Cohort has closed. If you completed the PI Assessment prior and are curious if you have been selected, we will contact the team member who submitted the application on or before August 7 to let all agencies interested know whether or not they were selected. The PI Assessment will continue to be an open source tool on this webpage. We encourage Tucson and Pima County nonprofits to better understand your alignment with this communitywide roadmap.
